1. Arrival and Consultation
You'll be welcomed into the calming atmosphere of Dhaka Spa Center. Your therapist will consult with you to understand your needs—discussing any areas of tension, your preferred pressure, and helping you select an oil blend if you've chosen an aromatherapy session.
2. Preparing for Your Massage
Your therapist will leave the room to allow you to disrobe to your level of comfort. You will lie on the comfortable massage table, covering yourself with the sheet or towel provided (a technique known as 'draping'). Our therapists are highly professional and will only uncover the specific part of your body they are working on at any given time.
3. The Session
Your therapist will begin with gentle strokes to warm up your muscles and apply the warm, nourishing oil. They will then use a variety of massage techniques to work through tension in your body. The room will be a comfortable temperature, with soft music playing to help you relax. Your only task is to breathe deeply and let go.
4. Post-Session Care
